"It's great to be working with the eOne team," said Larry Wanagas, President of Bumstead Records. "We couldn't be more excited to have eOne Music Canada connect with retailers, as well as music fans, and help grow the bands' audience."
Revered Canadian rockers The Trews are returning to the road in support of their upcoming EP, ...thank you and I'm sorry. But while the band has built its reputation belting their high-energy, arena-ready rock anthems from stages across the globe, this time out, audiences will get a glimpse of a different side of this multi-faceted foursome – by way of a cross-Canada acoustic tour in November in December. Come the new year, The Trews will return to writing material for their next full-length, expected in 2013. But for now, the aim is to stun spectators from the stage with tight, retuned acoustic take of well-known tracks including a selection from their new EP. The ability to draw from four full-length studio albums – two certified Gold in Canada – and 13 Top 10 Canadian singles will only allure fans new and old, present and future, to explore this special side of the band Performer Magazine calls "without a doubt, the greatest rock band of their generation."
With the street date of Tim Chaisson's new album The Other Side out September 25th, the young east coast singer-songwriter is pleased to announce an extensive cross-Canada tour this fall. Tim Chaisson will be joined by Toronto rockers Poor Young Things for six weeks of touring with dates coast-to-coast including Halifax, Toronto, Edmonton, Vancouver and more.
The brand new Two Hours Traffic EP, Siren Spell was released on September 11, 2012. This new EP consists of four songs, two of which (Amour Than Amis & Audrey) will appear on the band's full-length album due in early 2013. The other two songs (Feel Alright & I Did What I Could) are bonus tracks which are exclusive to the Siren Spell EP.
